Description
This new construction of a logistics center is located in Holubice near Brno and offers more than 70,000 m2 of storage space. The project had BIM rules set, which were applied in the Contract with the general contractor of the construction.

Scope
MFS DX collaborated on this project during the construction phase and the handover of as-built documentation. The task of MFS DX is BIM management on the side of the Client, which in this context primarily includes the verification of the accuracy of the actual construction implementation data. A cross-check of the documentation was conducted, involving several partners – from MFS DX in the role of BIM coordinator, through the Technical Advisor of the Investor and Project Manager, to the General Contractor and its design team. Subsequently, the data are integrated into the Client’s CAFM system (Computer Aided Facility Management, i.e., a digital tool (software) for the management and maintenance of assets) where the facility operation takes place.
