Description
This project involves the new construction of an office building in Prague’s Karlín district. The design by Bogle Architects features a ground floor with an entrance lobby for offices and rentable retail units. The other six floors will serve as rentable office spaces.
Scope
MFS DX’s role in this project involved serving as the BIM coordinator and manager of the Common Data Environment (CDE) on the Client’s side. Initially, an EIR document was prepared, specifying the goals and BIM requirements agreed upon with the Client. After discussion with the Project Documentation Supplier, the optimal BIM scope was established. Throughout the project documentation process, MFS DX continuously monitored the quality of project work from a BIM perspective. After a change in CDE during the project, MFS DX ensured the newly chosen environment was set up according to the Client’s requirements and project specifics, processing the CDE standard and its maintenance. In this environment, the review and approval process for the building permit stage of project documentation was conducted.
