Description
The project involves the refurbishment of the building of the Secondary Technical School Resslova in Ústí nad Labem – center Stříbrníky. It is an extensive complex, dominated by a building with 5 floors. The refurbishment consisted of a complete replacement of technologies and HVAC distributions, interior modifications, and a complete replacement of the facade.

Scope
MFS DX’s task was BIM coordination on the Client’s side. In the initial phase of the project, MFS DX oversaw the refinement of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) according to a template prepared by MFS DX to meet the Client’s requirements defined in the EIR. The EIR was also processed by MFS DX. In the subsequent phases of the project, MFS DX performed quality control of BIM data, i.e., particularly adherence to BEP rules and assessing critical collision points, both in terms of geometry and information content. Simultaneously, MFS DX was tasked with managing the Common Data Environment (CDE). In the initial phase of the project, MFS DX processed the standard use of CDE, and in the subsequent phases of the project, MFS DX consistently ensured its compliance.
